I celebrated my birthday with my second Hot Vinyasa class ever. The instructor was easy to follow, I felt comfortable even though I am not familiar or capable to do all the moves. I cannot wait to come back and do another class.
You guys are fantastic, and it is a pleasure to be back in the studio!
