I am very new to Yoga. This was in fact my second class . Astrid was very good and descriptive, which made it easy to follow along. The studio, as a whole , has a very welcoming and claiming vibe. I admit I was nervous about starting due to not knowing the moves, lingo, etc., but this studio has made it so far, a very pleasant experience. Thank you.
