The class I chose was advertised for all levels and I think it was accurate. The poses were easy enough to learn on the spot, yet challenging. I think the instructor did a great job at warming us up, going through each pose, and cooling us down. The instructor also made sure to let me know that I could stop or leave the room if I needed to because it was my first time. I would recommend this class to others that have at least some experience doing yoga and are familiar with the terminology for each pose.
