Great environment and a great spiritual cleanse every time
The instructor and class was great
The instructor was awesome , she had such powerful energy. The environment was so kind and nurturing. I was given free water and helped into the class. And the room itself was really well heated so it wasn't stuffy
It was an amazing experience! Will be back with two friends!!
