• My first time the front desk lady was very warm and friendly, when checking in and checking out. This time the front desk was cold as stone. Jun was still very nice so 9 points all to her.

• The masseuse was very professional and friendly. there's no sales pitch anywhere. From the moment you enter to the moment you leave this place, tries to create a Haven for self healing. It's also incredibly clean and comfortable.
