• Everything was amazing. The staff were all amazing. I only gave a 9 because I only found out at checkout that we had all forgotten that I had added hot stones to my massage. I didn't miss it, I've never done hot stones with a massage before, but there were no hot stones with my service. Again, I didn't miss it and my massage was fabulous. Maybe next time I will get to try it.

• Because I have been seeing Tracy for my massages for a very long time (years) and she is always consistent. She listens to my concerns and areas that need extra attention and whatever pain I had going into the massage is resolved when I leave. I won't go to anyone else.
