• Greeted with a smile as soon as I entered. Prompt and attentive service while waiting in the fire place room by Emma, despite the spa being very busy. Foot soak, a drink and a snack are definitely a cut above other spas. Then my facial with Rachelle was also wonderful. She was attentive to my skin careneeds and kept the experience quiet and calm. The foot/lower leg, hand and scalp massage are usually a choice at other spas, but here you get all three. A wonderful experience and as I was paying, I was asked if my next appointment could be booked. I am booked to come back again in a month.

• The esthetician, Kandi, was wonderful and efficient. The surroundings were serene and elegant. The staff overall were very welcoming and pleasant allowing me to take all the time I needed. Thanks for a great spa experience!

• Very happy with service and how my feet turned out. Not a full score because the write up said a scalp massage was included but I didn’t get one. However the shoulder hand and feet ones were fantastic so not worth a complaint
