• Gia was very, very good and didn't mind accommodating all of my little needs. Her massages of the feet, hands, arms were wonderful! We were a little late to start, but she didn't take away from my facial time (which has happened in the past with another person), and that was so appreciated. I don't mind starting late cause I know you ladies are busy, busy, but the customer should always get the full service, and Gia made that happen - so thank you so much. It truly is those types of things that make me come back.

• Everything was great this visit although I was sorely disappointed with my previous visit as I let the staff know. Would have appreciated a discount because of my terrible experience the previous visit when I left the appointment sore because of the terrible chair.
