Barbara is a great massage therapist. She is attentive to details and always easy to work with.

There was one negative aspect to my visit on Friday, and it was this:
In the ladies' room the tissue rolls were both empty, as was the paper towel dispenser on the vanity counter. It seemed as though little attention was being paid to that rather important area. I noticed this last time as well, although I didn't mention it, believing it to be a fluke. Now I'm wondering if it's a trend, and I did want to bring it to your attention. No one wants to have a household task to perform, no matter how small, when she's at a spa to have a relaxing "escape day"!
Otherwise, I had a good experience. The desk staff were, as usual, extremely pleasant and personable, and Oswaldo, my stylist, gave me his customary masterful haircut.
