Tony is extremely knowledgeable and pushes you past your comfort zone. While doing so he was extremely attentive to every single person in the class. Class definitely humbled me as someone who works out regularly.

I really feel like TCTC is a community of people from all walks of life which share a common interest of kindness, compassion, and togetherness. I know that when I workout at TCTC, I will be received where I am at on any given day. Some days I am out of sorts and don't feel like I am able to put forth my best output and others embrace fitness as a journey rather than a destination. I enjoy making TCTC a part of my life and all the friends I have made while working out there.
