I really feel like TCTC is a community of people from all walks of life which share a common interest of kindness, compassion, and togetherness. I know that when I workout at TCTC, I will be received where I am at on any given day. Some days I am out of sorts and don't feel like I am able to put forth my best output and others embrace fitness as a journey rather than a destination. I enjoy making TCTC a part of my life and all the friends I have made while working out there.

I enjoyed the mix-up of the workout, the attention to direction given by our trainer. It's always fun, but today was different and it was enjoyable!!
