Amazing, high energy workout that kept me moving and kept my heart rate up the entire time! If Tone House is this good virtual, I can only imagine what this team has to offer when you step inside their facility. Keep bringing the heat, Tone House!!
Killer workout. Joe was excellent explaining what we were doing. I have attended other online workouts from other gyms, they have been harder to follow. I love Tone House. I’m from Wisconsin, when I’m in NYC for biz, my highlight of the trip is my Tone House workout!!
