Much better workout than I possibly expected doing it virtually from home. I wish I had a bit more space but I know for next time!
Class was great. Hard work but the exercises were all things I was able to do from home. Coach Zack did an awesome job making everyone feel welcomed and apart of the ToneHouse team. Will definitely be taking more classes.
