• Was not told the repair would be a charge and after tipping the staff for a 15min fix was called to pay $10. The gel chipped off after 4 days. It’s took a few days to come in as my daughter was in a soccer tournament. After years of nail treatments felt as if there’s no customer loyalty or service when a defect happens.
