• I recommend, and have recommended Toi for many years. This is based on the services provided and my nail specialist, Rina. However, it is unfortunate that the salon itself requires some TLC. Several pedi chairs are broken and uncomfortable. This shows that the owners have put profit over comfort and appreciation of their customers.
