• The shampoo with a head massage was lovely and really relaxed me while I waited for my hair stylist (Karen) to be ready for me. Once she was, Karen took the time to talk with me about my daily routine and lifestyle to make sure she could create the style that would fit best for me. She explained what she was doing and why as she was cutting my hair and took the time to do the same as she gave me a blowout so that I could do the same at home. I was made to feel as if I was the only one in the salon and not like I was being rushed out so they could get to the next customer. Absolutely loved it!
