• I just left my beloved hairdresser of 10 years and move to a new state. Karen put me right at ease, she's an exceptional listener and a great communicator. She is pleasant and put me at ease. She also did phenomenal things with my hair. :-) I loved the vibe in the salon and everybody seemed to be very professional and happy and upbeat.
