I really like the studio and participants, and especially appreciate the teacher, Altine. She provided a kind attitude, self-confidence and just-right assertiveness to guide us through a complete flow practice. I always appreciate teachers who take the time and care to remind us, or teach us, the details of how to use our bodies in asanas, as well as offer modifications and permission to use them as needed.
