Friendship from the moment you open the door, not just the staff, the other service providers too! The "ease of grace" the instructors provide,they break it down, step by step, and always provide you "the work towards it " information. Even if its just wall support to do at home.
Yoga class was great, the facility is beautiful. Jaime is the best!
