Jana Ensign is the best teacher. I also really enjoy how open and friendly the people and atmosphere is, both in the studio space and over the virtual classes. Marci has done an amazing job keeping things going and barely missing a beat in these quickly changing times. Thank you!

I was recommended to try out this class from Jen . She is the owner of CFOC. I absolutely loved the class, it was just what my body needed.
Stacy is the best. It was really good to see her and connect with my Pilates classmates. I'll take virtual anytime over nothing
