Friendly and cordial welcome; plus great communication between teacher and pupils. Being an ex teacher, pupil seems to be an appropriate response for what i was doing on the mat. Compared to others, my poses left a little bit to be desired; but I guess I was doing something, because I feel it today; and I like that. I don't have an e-mail, but u can sign me up for next Friday; god willing I'll be there. Frank

I've been coming to Thrive for awhile now. I love the Thursday night Raja Yin the best!!! Victoria is great. I also loved the 8 am Monday morning Vinyasa class with (her name is slipping me). The classes are challenging ~ instructors are knowledgeable and each one brings a unique perspective to their classes. My only suggestion is that the music is so loud ~sometimes you can't hear the instructions.

Beautiful studio with a great vibe! The class was not over crowded and the teacher had an amazing sequence that had the perfect mixture of intensity/stretching/challenge but also was very relaxing!
