I have done yoga a bit before but this place is the only one I recommend who seeks power vinyasa flow in hot/warm room. So challenging every time and greatest workout every time. I am so hooked! All staffs and instructors are great!

Nice open studio and appreciate the airflow by bay door, at this time especially. Teachers are excellent & good music choices!
