Karen know s very professional and makes patients. I like having the buzzer so she doesn't need to pop in once she has my water temp ok. I buzzed her the other day, as the room was getting waaaay to hot even after. we shut the rolling lamp off. I find it is helpful for me to read or sleep without disturbances or chatting, so my sphincter relaxes. Ha ha! I'm confident she won't need to pop in as often when we get to know one another. I'm not afraid to buzz if I need something or have a complaint.. The room and bed always look immaculate. It's nice having a toilet and sink. I had lung damage repaired recently, and asthma/allergies. (6 Stem Cell IV's) so I am very sensitive to scents. I prefer potpourri and eucalyptus and all floral scents be snuffed out before I start. I have good luck at home with Lysol lemon scent as an air freshener. I also think I will prefer the door to the hall closed, so there are no "plop plops" heard in the hallway.
