• First time to attend a baby yoga class with my new grandson and daughter. Instructor was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and patient. We are all going back next week too. The beautiful receptionist who greeted us made us feel so welcome and happy too. Amazing how participatory all the babies were too! Very smart to add an extra 30 minutes after class so the moms can bundle up their little ones. Fabulous community spirit!!

• Already recommended third root and the amazing Junette James to many of my friends. She was so skilled at finding and smoothing trigger points, knots, and sore spots in my back, my IT bands, and my piriformis muscle. She advised me on some trigger point release techniques to do on my own and to STRETCH (a reminder I need constantly.) Ms. James was warm, respectful, and communicative about what she was doing and how I was feeling. The massage was incredibly helpful in releasing my tight muscles to improve my running speed and form. Will be going back to her in the future. Additionally, I got the massage for free because of a compensation for a massage canceled by Third Root due to scheduling conflicts. A really nice compensation and totally unexpected! Excellent customer service.
