• Third Root is a loving space and you can feel their positive vibes as soon as you walk in the doors. The team of staff and instructors are so helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally, their classes (at least the one I attended) was sliding scale and open for all to attend. I will be back again soon!

• I was well taken care of by Sarah in the Trauma-Informed Yoga Class. That offering is just what I needed, body and mind. I had not been back to Third Root in a very long time. It is hard for me to get there and even the class was hard for my knees. I am learning what I can and cannot do in my current body and at the present time. But I will return to this specific class again as long as you offer it. And thank you for offering it at a time where it both begins and ends in daylight. That is critical to my feelings of safety.
