• Emily is awesome. I love that the emotional body is invited and integrated into our yoga practice. Have not found that wise healing practice anywhere else. Love the way our individual experiences with themes are shown to be collective experience without it being said. Love the great diversity of people that show up, in color, age, size, ability. Such a wonderful truly healing place.
