• Customer service was great! 2 things I would note would be that the room could be a couple degrees warmer so you don’t feel the difference in temperature between water and air. And a description about the procedure with the sauna. (Ex. When you hear a beep you can exit the sauna, or someone will come and let you know when your time is done) I was a bit unsure when I was supposed to be done. Besides that the experience was amazing. Was my first time trying a float and will definitely be back! (And so will friends)
