• I had a great first experience at Theta Wave. I like how time was taken to explain everything well, make sure I was comfortable. I loved the massage chairs, the soothing lights in the floating pool, and sitting in the sauna after. I will tell everyone to go to Theta Wave and I will be back!

• I scored a 9 because the experience was absolutely wonderful and rarely is anything a perfect score, IMO, as there is always room for improvement in anything. Two things that could have made it a score of 10 perhaps are easier access to getting in and out of the pool because I have bad knees; secondly, Iam not sure if there was a blow dryer in the washroom because I did not check, but that would be nice so I don't have to carry one with me next time. Iam sure many of your customers would appreciate that. These 2 points are not complaints, just observations. Thank you. I will be back and have 2 morepeople interested.
