• Originally, I scheduled for a full balayage the week before my actual appointment. I came in and Jessi asked me about my hair history and I told her I had been box dying for a long time and had tried to do two balayages at other salons before but ended up unhappy because they turned brassy/orange within a week. She said I needed a color correction to remove the old hair dye because previous stylists had just been trying to bleach through the hair color which made my hair turn orange. So she did that and did a full balayage after and I absolutely love it. It’s noticebly different which is what I wanted but it looks very natural, not like a yellow blonde. She also informed me how to maintain it by setting up future appointments for toner, which no other salons told me I needed to do (I’m new to the blonde world). I have finally found my home salon here in DC!
