• Frankie did it again. A couple of evenings ago, at least two women asked me where I got my hair done. Turns out, they thought I’d had it styled. Nope. Frankie’s cut and products. I’m clumsy with fixing hair, so blow/brush one way, then the other. That’s it.  They wrote down Frankie’s name and the Studio. Had my hair trimmed yesterday and a woman at a reception last night commented how much she liked it. After five years of Frankie cuts, I should be used to this, but I still get a kick out of it.

• Victoria was very knowledgeable and honest about what was best for my hair. Instead of highlighting it (which would have been more expensive for me), she opted to go a safer route on my damaged hair. I really respect and trust stylists who put customers' hair needs first. It felt like she cared about how my hair will look down the road and she truly wouldn't do anything to further compromise my hair. I think this place has great integrity-- plus my hair looked and felt way healthy when I left than when I walked in.
