• Because I truly believe if we look at root causes. We all would and could be much healthier. Like me attempting to not smoke and lower my coffee intake. Why now. Because I have learned there are bad metals in each. The plausiblity is more profound. Something, I can wrap my brain around. Not just being told how bad, They are for my health... Even though I can't fully jump right in. I want to make this more of my life process. Taking care of me... Like a well oiled car....
