• I went in thinking it was a body scan. I was not sold at first but kept my mind open. Even if someone is skeptical I have been excited about results and reduction of inflammation and weight and feel much better in just one week. Also lost 15 lbs ... the first day I know was all water even if 5-7 is great start This week reminded me that. I don't need a diet I need a lifestyle change and that is what Megan is showing me and reminding me . I went thru a lifestyle change similar to this program when I was fighting cancer 18 yrs ago.
