Because you can't go wrong hot yoga and the atmosphere and flow and heat were perfect. I went to one class. Only thing that would make it better is sound bowls during savasana pose but it was exactly what I needed the way it was.

The instructor was fabulous! This was my first ever yoga class and I was intimidated when I first walked through the doors. My nerves were immediately settled upon meeting Whitney. The class is for every level. I also loved the playlist!

Instructor was professional and kind. She knew how to teach. She was kind to my son I brought with me. She had the room heated perfectly and the class was relaxing but a workout. 😊

At first I was kind of turned off by the studio because it lacked a changing area, then I was turned off by the class itself because he was acting like some of the poses were unique. However, I've never been to a studio that put so much effort into the lighting and music and the way the class was taught in a care free manner that allowed me to experiment and go at my own pace was empowering. Sometimes you have more or less energy than the instructor and sometimes we physically can't get into a pose. So I really liked how the instructor encouraged us to do what feels good and if we are not having fun then do it differently. I liked the less rigid more upbeat class. Thankyou
