A friend and I decided to try a yoga class with sound bath on Friday night. We loved the whole vibe of the studio, the lighting and especially the music! We talked on the ride home about how we liked how there were no mirrors and that the lights were dim. It helped us to be able to focus more on ourselves and our own bodies. We will definitely be back!
