Your new building is beautiful, I love the heat, the darkness with ambient lighting. I feel like I can work at my own pace and just focus on my body and what it needs. I love the short back stretch and neck rub and the cold washcloth at the end. This type of yoga is very different from what I have been used to doing, it's a nice change. Thank you!
