TYS is so clean! I love Chris's class! He is the best at guiding us through the poses and doesn't make us feel out of place if we can't do a pose. He wants each of us to push ourselves but not out of our own comfort level. I love that he gives announcements at the beginning of each class. I feel amazing afterwards.
