Each teacher I've had is well versed in yoga, and the sequences are well planned. I am a licensed yoga teacher as well, and there has not once been a class where I felt like the teacher failed to explain a pose, offer proper alignment cues, or called a pose before the students bodies were warmed up enough. That's a hard balance to strike and the teachers at the yoga stand are exceptional.

The Yoga Stand feels like home! It is full of wonderful instructors and is a comfortable place to enjoy yoga practices.
