Very welcoming and comfortable people to be around
I always enjoy a great practice at Yoga Stand whenever visiting my hometown. Starr and Hailey guided outstanding classes and are extremely personable!
I just felt super welcome immediately and I loved that no matter where you're at in your practice, you can still keep up and challenge yourself in new ways. Also, my life is pretty chaotic at times and it was huge for me to be able to completely clear my mind of everything I've got to get done and just be in the moment.
The staff is so friendly & engaging. Such wonderful yoga classes!
