I am 78 years old, and Yin "speaks" to me. Sarah is very attuned to her students' needs and limitations in classes with a diversity of ages and yoga expertise. I find her classes to be centering and restorative. What a gift!

I have recommended the Yoga Room to some other teachers at school. I moved here a little over a year ago and was so disappointed I could not find hot yoga. I signed up when I heard you would offer hot yoga at the new location. I did tell them there were not cold towels with eucalyptus at the end. I do miss that.
