When I left Juneau in 2018, I always searched for yoga studio and practice that I always felt welcomed at. I have struggled with being consistent and recalled Jodee posting that we needed to make time for ourselves. She was right. I make time for work, for the dog- and it is time to make time for myself.
I want to start doing the drop in & wanted to make sure I allow myself the mindspace to complete a few free classes. I do want to honor your time and appreciation for moving online from in person. Thank you again! I miss you all!
