• Each of the Yoga Loft instructors bring their own unique spirit into the studio. Though the practices all have the same names, no two are ever the same. I look forward to each day's practice never knowing what I will be led to do, but in the end always feeling better, always able to say "Thank you, that was a lot of fun ".
