• Easy to enroll. Great app to add myself to classes to plan ahead, including Synching those appts to my calendar. Instructor was welcoming. Class was good beginner level which I liked. I felt stretched, energized. I pushed myself but I appreciated the gentle reminders/invites to listen to my body and take child's pose. I liked the bolster for chavasana to keep my body suppprted and relaxed.
