• The Yoga Loft has definitely become my yoga home - the atmosphere and instructors are very welcoming and classes are taught to meet the needs of students on many different levels.

• Abbe is an excellent instructor. She seamlessly accommodated a class of diverse abilities. She has a calm, upbeat demeanor, provides clear instructions and has good instincts as to when she needs to demonstrate/adjust poses/transitions to the class or to an individual. I like that she offered an "intention" for the class, of effort and ease. She wove this through our practice. I think each of us left the class feeling stronger and "stretchier" and with a happy heart.

• I love all experience. Real candles , nice scent, quietness. I like spiritual feel of it and I don’t feel like I’m in the gym. I practice tough many years and I been in multiple places. This one is my favorite. I really like Michelle. She is sweet and she has relaxing voice. Everyone is always very friendly.

• Nice space, instructor was knowledgeable. Will try other classes/instructors but will admit I've been doing hot yoga and absolutely love it. Not sure if it is offered at your location, did not see it on the website. I live in Jerome Village and your location is much closer so glad that I did like it!!
