• The instructor was welcoming and her demeanor was empathatic, open and calming. She walked around to help with poses as needed. Most important, all the poses were broken down into smaller steps--so helpful to someone who is learning. I've been in a number of yoga classes elsewhere and have walked away thinking yoga is not for me or my body type. I left yesterday's class thinking there was hope!
