Yesterday was my 3rd time ever to try yoga and I chose the Yoga Loft bc I had met Abby once and she said she had a beginners class starting in Jan. The yoga loft was clean, cozy and Abby's teaching was very instructional which is exactly what I was looking for. Loved it.
