Monique was wonderful to practice with. Her manner and relaxing flow was exactly the winddown I needed after a hectic day. Love the online access, especially for restorative/yin , so I can hold on to a quiet mind at home at the end of my day. Look forward to joining Monique and/or Larissa again in the near future 🙏
