This class was extremely helpful for me. I've been highly stressed lately as a teacher going back to school! After this class my Apple Watch has shown my resting heart rate has gone down 10 bpm!

It was my first time at Yoga Loft Bethlehem, I've been in some yoga classes before but the studio was very welcoming. Everyone there was so kind and non-judgmental. I was able to get out of my head and really enjoy the practice.
