Enjoyed the instructor. She was really terrific in giving cues that would work for me (a novice but relatively athletic person) and folks at all levels. She had a great manner as well. The facility is very cozy so you feel comfortable. I like the way that the marks are on the floor to keep people at an appropriate distance. I think this should continue even after Covid is gone.

The instructor Kim was great, the studio was nice, and the receptionist gave me a quick tour around the place since it was my first time being there in person!

Miriam's classes are great, she weaves a bit a philosophy with daily life experiences, the asana she chooses support this. She is an engaging storyteller🙏

The Yoga Loft has always been one of my favorite yoga studios. I am getting back to yoga after a hiatus and felt a beginner class would work well for me. Kim is a great teacher and I really got a lot out of the class yesterday. Felt great today and had tons of energy. Hope classes like this will be on the schedule again...especially for those of us you are seniors and need a bit more instruction and a slower pace.
