All of the instructors are phenomenal and truly make you feel welcome! I love the variety of classes and the new additions at different times of the year. Very happy Fire Flow has returned with Scott , and Alka has been great substituting for different teachers. It was my first experience with Ashtanga and I really enjoyed it! I just wish I could come every day and take all the classes. There truly is something for everyone at every level at The Yoga Loft.
