The Yoga Loft is a beautiful and friendly space that I intend to visit every week! The instructor (I'm so sorry I forgot her name!!) Was so kind and helped to make sure we all had proper poses. The class was over an hour long but I could have stayed all day hahaha. The music and atmosphere was perfectly relaxing and it wasn't too hot or cold for me. I've already recommended The Yoga Loft to a few of my friends ^_^

A year ago I had a spinal fusion and I've had difficult with flexibility. The Level 1 class I attended was a perfect beginning on my road to increased flexibility and strength.
