As a beginner and someone who practices yoga only casually, The Yoga Loft offers the best classes I have ever attended. Their beginners classes are the perfectlevel and speed for some looking to improve their flexibility and strength in a peaceful, non judgmental setting.

Everyone was very welcoming. The atmosphere was so relaxing and it’s great that yoga blocks, blankets, etc are all available for use. I definitely will be returning.

This was my first time at The Yoga Loft and I will be back. I enjoyed the class and was challenged and yet comfortable. The instructor was great. I loved the space and the front desk staff was welcoming.
